How It Works
Performance P-Wave™™
Performance P-Wave™ works by using a combination of P-Shot and high-frequency acoustic waves to open exiting blood vessels in the penis, stimulate the growth of new blood vessels, and eliminate micro-plaque. This results in increased blood flow and stronger, harder, and more sustainable erections.
Benefits
Increases sensation in the penis
More spontaneous erections
Enhances erections
Improves sexual performance
Better orgasms
Targets blood flow

Treat The Cause, Not Just The Moment
Performance P-Wave vs. ED Medications
ED medications like Viagra and Cialis work by temporarily increasing blood flow for a single encounter.
Performance P-Wave is designed to support the vascular and tissue factors that contribute to erectile performance.
What Makes Performance P-Wave Different
Many clinics offer basic acoustic wave treatments.
Performance P-Wave is different because it focuses on:

Still Using Pills?
You may not have to choose one or the other
For some men, Performance P-Wave can be part of a bigger strategy, especially if you want to reduce reliance on medication or improve consistency. During your consultation, we’ll look at your goals, your health history, and what’s realistic, then recommend a plan that makes sense for you.
If ED meds work for you sometimes, that’s not “bad” — but it can become a frustrating way to live: timing everything, hoping they kick in, dealing with side effects, and wondering why they’re inconsistent. And for a lot of men, the bigger issue is that pills are a short-term assist, not a long-term solution.
How it works
Performance P-Wave is designed for two types of patients:
- Men experiencing erectile dysfunction or changes in performance
2. Men who want to optimize performance, stamina, and confidence
Many men seeking treatment do not necessarily identify as having ED. They may simply notice:
Reduced Firmness
Less Spontaneity
Decreased Sensitivity
Lower Confidence
Longer Recovery Time
The Patient Experience
Private Consultation
Every patient begins with a confidential consultation to understand their goals, symptoms, and medical history.
During the consultation, we discuss:
- current performance concerns or goals
- erectile strength and consistency
- libido and sensitivity
- stamina and recovery time
- medical factors that can affect blood flow, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol issues, and certain medications
- previous or current use of medications like Viagra or Cialis
Many men are surprised to learn that erection quality is often influenced by vascular health, circulation, and other medical factors affecting blood flow.
This consultation is also where we determine what is medically appropriate for treatment. Depending on the patient, that may include:
- P-Shot
- acoustic wave therapy
- a combination of both
- vacuum-assisted devices
- medication support
The Performance P-Wave Protocol
Performance P-Wave is not a one-size-fits-all treatment. Each consultation helps determine which approach is most appropriate.
Depending on the patient, the protocol may include:
- high-frequency acoustic wave therapy
- PRP (P-Shot) regenerative therapy
- both treatments combined
- vacuum-assisted devices
- medication support when appropriate
This personalized approach is designed to support:
- improved blood flow
- improved erectile firmness
- improved tissue responsiveness
- improved sensitivity
- improved sexual stamina
For many patients, the goal is not just function, but better overall performance and confidence.
What Happens During Treatment
Each visit is quick and private.
Patients are brought into a treatment room where a conductive gel is applied. A handheld acoustic wave device is used to deliver controlled pulses to specific areas.
Patients commonly describe the sensation as:
- rhythmic tapping
- mild vibration
- pressure pulses
The treatment is generally well tolerated and does not require anesthesia or sedation.
Appointments are typically about 15 minutes, making them easy to fit into a workday.
Patients leave immediately after treatment with no downtime.
PRP (P-Shot) Integration
For some patients, PRP is incorporated into the treatment plan when medically appropriate.
PRP stands for Platelet-Rich Plasma, which uses a patient’s own growth factors.
The process includes:
- a small blood draw
- processing the blood to isolate platelet-rich plasma
- precise injections into targeted areas
PRP is used to support:
- tissue regeneration
- vascular response
- sensitivity
Some mild swelling or tenderness may occur temporarily.
What Patients Notice
Some men notice early changes in fullness or response, but improvements often develop gradually over the course of treatment.
Many patients report:
- stronger erections
- increased firmness
- improved sensitivity
- improved stamina
- improved sexual confidence
Results vary by patient, overall health, and the treatment plan selected.
Follow-Up and Maintenance
At the end of the treatment series, we reassess progress and goals.
Some patients choose periodic maintenance treatments to support long-term sexual wellness and tissue health.
We also discuss lifestyle and medical factors that can influence erectile health, including:
- cardiovascular health
- sleep
- stress
- metabolic health
- medications
- hormone or vascular considerations when relevant
Sexual performance is closely tied to overall vascular health, which is why a comprehensive and individualized approach is important.
